Waar reguliere ICT-opleidingen worstelen met een vrouwelijk studentenaandeel van slechts 15%, bereikt de Amsterdamse programmeerschool Codam meer dan het dubbele. Dit model lost meteen een ander probleem op: het groeiende tekort aan ICT-docenten. Door studenten van elkaar te laten leren, kunnen we meer talent opleiden zonder afhankelijk te zijn van schaarse vakdocenten. Het resultaat?
