Alina Ushakova, Senior Software Manager, TomTom

Being a mentor to me means going out of your comfort zone, connecting with the new generation of developers, making new connections outside of your bubble. Sharing information and your experience is very rewarding since what you may think is common knowledge, turns out to be not common at all. I always think about myself 14 years ago and how much I would benefit from some advice and encouragement.
